Long Island Baptist Houses

The installation of these new Intellihot On-Demand Water Heaters is part of NYCHA's effort to improve developments across New York City. The Long Island Baptist Houses have approximately 400 apartments in its 4 building development.

Crystal Point

Along the Hudson River in Jersey City, NJ, Crystal Point Condominiums located at 2 Second Street is a new 42-story building with 269 residential units.

With water on both sides, the building has breathtaking views of the Manhattan Skyline and resort-style amenities to match.

Coney Island

Coney Island Phase I is a 446-unit mixed-use project located in the Coney Island neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY.

The project includes two 16-story towers above a 7-story podium and will measure approximately 521,000 gross square feet. it also includes approximately 96 residential and commercial covered parking spaces on the ground floor and approximately 15,000 gross square feet of dry flood-proofed retail space. Additionally, approximately 66,000 gross square feet of new office space.

Concourse Village West

Upon completion, the complex located in the Bronx, New York; will consist of three buildings and a total of 275 units. The buildings will include ground-floor retail and community facility, as well as on-site parking.

Concourse Village West Apartments are a result of a site-specific re-zoning and will be one of the rare new developments to rise near the Grand Concourse historic district.

275 East, 138th Street is an eight-story building with 56 units, it is also known as “Tres Puentes”.

869 East, 147th Street

869 East, 147th Street is 144,749 square feet of residential space that has 167 units.

Coler Hospital

Coler Specialty Hospital is a 500-bed chronic care facility on New York City's Roosevelt Island that provides services such as rehabilitation and specialty nursing.

Yonkers Preservation

Yonkers Preservation consists of three public housing developments encompassing 12 buildings with a total of 853 units. The developments are Schlobohm Houses, a 415-unit family housing development; Walsh Homes, a 299-unit senior housing development; and Flynn Manor, a 139-unit senior housing building.

Meadowview Hospital

In the beautiful neighborhood of Secaucus, NJ there is Hudson County Meadowview Hospital. Installed here is two iQ1001’s and one iQ251 running the entire hot water system for this hospital. Hudson County Meadowview Psychiatric Hospital is a county run hospital that houses about 90 patients.

T-Building 82-41 Parsons Blvd

A 200-residential unit building in the NYC Burrough of Queens, NY. They have installed Intellihot Inc. three iQ1001 and two AutoHotUSA Recirc Pumps & Controls.

Austin 147

Efficient solutions to affordable housing is always needed. This project is Austin 147, an 80 unit affordable housing lottery building in the South Bronx neighborhood of Mott Haven developed by Dunn Development Corporation. Installed are two RBI Boilers and Water Heaters CK1500’s Boilers and two Ergomax E-109’s Indirect Water Heaters.

Matheny Medical Center

Matheny Medical Center is an assisted living facility for adults and children with special needs in Peapack, NJ. This facility removed three Large 120 Gallon AO Smith Cyclones to install two Intellihot Inc. Neurons in this retrofit application.

Vital Brookdale

Vital Brookdale is an affordable housing lottery apartment building at 535 East 98th Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Designed by Dattner Architects, the structure yields 160 residences. Installed are (2) Intellihot iQ1501 and (2) Autohot Recirculation Controls.

25 Maple Ave

In the heart of New Rochelle’s downtown district is 25 Maple Ave. Designed by architects Beyer Blinder Belle, the seven-story building will eventually comprise a mix of rental apartments, ground-floor retail, and associated parking. For this new development, the state-of-the-art mechanical room will consist of (2) Intellihot Inc. iQ1501’s, (2) JJM Alkaline Technologies Neutralizer Kits, and an AutoHotUSA Recirc control.

Brightview Senior Living

In the beautiful town of Port Jefferson, NY is Brightview Senior Living is a 170-unit Resort-Style Independent Senior and Assisted Living Center in Long Island, NY. To serve its residents, installed are (2) Intellihot Inc. On-Demand Water Heaters iQ2001’s. These water heaters will efficiently distribute hot water throughout the facility making their residents feel the most comfortable.
